- Several years with various national and local CPA firms, doing taxes, taxes, and taxes
- About four years with a major professional tax software company
- Fourteen years as a tax manager for a prominent Houston family and their oil & gas, real estate and other companies
- On my own since 1999 doing what I enjoy most - tax work for people like you
I PLAY SOMETIMES TOO ... Maybe you've seen me ...
- Driving the kids from "here" to "there". Daniel (17) and Steven (15) are our awesome sons who are talented musicians and all-around fun and busy guys. Daniel plays trombone and electric guitar; Steven plays baritone and drums. (Just ask the neighbors)
- On the FFPS soccer fields as League Coordinator (it's the best youth sports league on the planet)
- At Terrace United Methodist Church, sometimes playing my flute or ringing handbells
- Dropping into shoe stores, shamelessly soliciting empty shoe boxes for my favorite projects, Operation Christmas Child (see www.Samaritan.org) and the Seafarer's Centers in Galveston and the Port of Houston. BRING ME YOUR SHOE BOXES! (And thanks to Payless and to the Rockport Store at West Oaks Mall!)
- In my blue polyester smock, walking dogs or cleaning cat cages at the C.A.P. animal shelter, I-10 at Kirkwood
- Driving around Spring Shadows selecting the Yard-of-the-Month winner
- Floating in the heated pool at the Clay Road "Y" while Mark and the boys work out
